RUBYS TIPS + TRICKS:
For tight lining, work the pencil in between the lash line and the lashes. I work the pencil underneath the top lashes to get the line. As we age that bit of definition makes the eyes pop… for all those afraid to wear liner I always recommend this technique.
For the upper lash line you can create a fine or thicker line, get it on to the base of the lashes for the most dramatic effect. For a softer effect my smudging brush from the Magnetic Brush Set is perfect for blurring the edges. Build the line for smoky eyes.
For winged liner – don’t be too worried, work from the outer corner inwards and finesse with a mini cotton bud dipped in micellar water. Once you have the basic shape for your wing you can thicken it up with the pencil for added drama.
